Hi! My name is Grace. I grew up on a blueberry farm in Spring Lake, Michigan, where I saw my dad grow from hobby farmer to a full-time blueberry farmer, and my mom grow along side him as a help-mate and in her own hobby garden. 

 

It’s to these early and formative years that I attribute my deep-seated love for: the land, the sunshine, the beauty of God’s creation, our role as stewards of His creation & working with my hands. Fast forward to today I am happily married to the man of my dreams and am excitedly awaiting the arrival of our sweet baby this spring. 

 

I believe in our times - where much of life is so garish, noisy, and rushed - we need beauty more than ever.

 

Beauty stands outside of time. Beauty betrays the grandeur of God. Beauty brings joy into our life, and stirs up a sense of wonder. 

 

And this is how the Kitchen Table started! The passion and mission behind this small business is to bring you beauty through flowers.

 

While I no longer live in Michigan, my list of loves mentioned above - of land, sunshine, working with my hands -  have not left me. I want to share all this with the community nearby in Connecticut and New York. 

 

I am committed and excited to serving you through flowers in whatever way I can - whether that’s through an arrangement for your dinning room table, a bespoke bouquet for a friend, or a whole ensemble of blooms for your wedding.
